Thoughts on Dissertation Plan & Structure for doctoral work?

I'm knee-deep into my doctoral journey, balancing my medical profession and this side gig of earning Public Health doctorate. My dissertation has begun to feel like gargantuan task that could make or break my academic career. And boy, does the stress get to you sometimes. The other day found myself trying to staple together papers.

Only to realize was holding syringe! Give me tough diagnosis any day over these mind-boggling citation styles! Just when you thought you've nailed one referencing style, BAM! Another one springs up from nowhere. It's kind of like playing whack-a-mole with APA and MLA formats. And let's not even get started on Harvard. Of course, that's if you can figure out where your tables and figures are meant to go amidst the whole hullabaloo. For those in the same predicament yes, see you over there nursing that cup of coffee at AM I've been debating hiring someone for formatting purposes. Do these dissertation services really deliver though? From what gather, some charge around $20-$30 per hour while others offer package deals depending on how much work your thesis needs.

Recently stumbled across one named 'Thesis Helper'. They seemed professional enough with their slick website design and all but what caught my eye was their pricing plan starting at $15/hour for formatting services.

Hope this sparks some useful discussion about dissertation services.
