Basically, Dodged bullet last week with one of these dissertation writing services. You know, the kind that promises the moon and stars on plate but delivers anything but? Figured they'd be handy for some extra help with statistical analysis. What was thinking? That 'wonderful' service left me in lurch, tell you! It was 'Ultimate Dissertation', or some such hyperbolically named company. Their pitch, man, they said they would provide top-notch assistance. "Leave your stats troubles to us! Stress less! Enjoy your weekends! Sounded really appealing after weeks of grappling with regression models and p-values. But boy boy, do their claims crumble under scrutiny!
Got in touch and they quoted $2000 just for the stats part eye-watering, right? And get this it wasn't even statistician on the other end, just some undergrad intern who probably had trouble telling Chi-square test from his elbow. The audacity! Waited about days only to receive an analysis that might as well have been written in Dothraki for all the sense it made. Needless to say, ended up having to redo everything myself anyway.
